Unless you want a CD/Floppy Disk mailed to you (additional $5), your digital product will be sent to you  within 48 hours. DON'T PANIC... We usually have it to you within a couple hours or less (if ordering between 9am-4pm central standard time Mon-Thur).  If you order outside of this time, it may take longer.  I am only in the office during those times, although, I do try to keep an eye on orders at night, and send them out when possible .  On occasion, I go out of town..  I will try to make sure that info is posted before hand, so you will know of the wait.  After your order is processed, you will recieve an e-mail with links and passwords for  the designs.     If ordered after 4pm Mon-Thurs, plan to receive the e-mail the next following business day.  Weekend Delivery Times will vary.

If we forsee a problem with delivery, there should be a notice posted for your convenience.  ie:  we went out of town and won't be back for several days, etc.


Because of the manner in which digital products are sold and delivered, there is no refund available for these products.  If a file is damaged, let us know, and we will resend it to you.  Please keep track of your transaction numbers, and the e-mail address registered with PayPal.

If you want to send payment by Mail, please e-mail the order, and verify your order and let me know if you will want e-mail delivery or you want to purchse a CD (additional $5)
Please note:  any payments by check are subject to a 10 business day delay.  We will not ship until check clears my bank.
