Most of the newer designs are on INSTANT DOWNLOAD. After payment, you must be returned to the Custom Creations website by Paypal to receive your download links.  You will also receive an e-mail with the links also.  Please check your spam folder for this e-mail if you don't receive it.  Otherwise, contact me, and I will send you the designs by e-mail as soon as I can.

  On occasion, I go out of town..  I will try to make sure that info is posted before hand, so you will know of the wait.      If ordered after 4pm Mon-Thurs, plan to receive the e-mail the next following business day.  Weekend Delivery Times will vary.

If we forsee a problem with delivery, there should be a notice posted for your convenience.  ie:  we went out of town and won't be back for several days, etc.


Because of the manner in which digital products are sold and delivered, there is no refund available for these products.  If a file is damaged, let us know, and we will resend it to you.  Please keep track of your transaction numbers, and the e-mail address registered with PayPal.

If you want to send payment by Mail, please e-mail the order, and verify your order by e-mail.
Please note:  any payments by check are subject to a 10 business day delay.  We will not send out designs until check clears my bank.
