The
nutritional aspect is amazing. I've never seen so many thryoid
supporting vitamins in one product. I plan to do the 2 week trial
with no changes other than the replacement shake. Just to see if it
will work, and of course if it shows that it's working, I'll do it
correctly.. no need to waste it, right?? Then I'll put it
here for all to enjoy.
UPDATE:
after
2 weeks, with no change in diet or exercise, except what is mentioned.
I DID loose about 3-4 lbs. BUT.. I was at a HOT, HOT
festival, and I swell pretty bad, so I probably could have lost more..
Thing is: I have Hashimotos AutoImmune Thyroid Disease, I
have Hypothryroidism, and became Diabetic after Jenna was born.
SO, The diet does work. Just with my illnesses, my metabolism is
none existant, but DID loose some weight, and I can tell it in my face..
I
will decide in a couple weeks if I want to continue on the plan.
it is expensive, and I have two outdoor festivals I'll be doing.
I refuse to do a meal replacement at a outdoor show, cause of how
hot and dehydrated we get.
